This is a great hotel for a business traveler. Great location, surrounded by excellent restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are very good and comfortable, especially for business traveler and those who need to work remotely from their hotel room. Added bonus is when you flight is delayed and you arrive late at night, and you are hungry, you can still order some basics from room service, no matter how late at night it is. Very good!

They deserve a big raise The size of the room was very good Perfect to have metrobus just outside The staff were really helpful having kids The restaurant has good food and the service you get from Agustin and Magi makes it so worth having your breakfast there.

Outstanding and nothing bad about it. Everything from check-in until check-out was perfect. The room size was perfect and comfy, the washroom was the best, and the kitchenette made it even better. I stayed for holidays with my family, but I would go back anytime even for work, wifi worked extremely well. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Krystal Grand Suites Insurgentes.
